Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) presented on Tuesday the final draft-version of the Study on Wastewater Management in Skopje.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications said the study was carried out by Tokyo Engineering Consultations Co. Ltd in cooperation with CTI Engineering International Co. Ltd, and it is financially covered by the Japanese government.
The study includes a detailed analysis on the Vardar River situation, the quality of the water in certain areas, financial and technical analyses and projections on final implementation of the project on wastewater treatment within the territory of Skopje City.
The study will be subject to assessment by relevant institutions before it is submitted to the Macedonian government.
