GRUEVSKI TO ATTEND EUROPEAN PEOPLE'S PARTY SUMMIT
Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski will take part in the European People's Party (EPP) summit, to be held in Brussels on Thursday ahead of the European Council meetings.
A number of European leaders are expected to attend the meeting of EPP Heads of State and Government along with the President of European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso, and the President of European Parliament Hans-Gert Poettering.
EPP Heads of State and Government further include Francois Fillon (France), Angela Merkel (Germany), Jan-Peter Balkenende (The Netherlands), Jean-Claude Juncker (Luxembourg), Silvio Berlusconi (Italy), Kostas Karamanlis (Greece), Donald Tusk (Poland), Yves Leterme (Belgium), Ivo Sanader (Croatia).
Gruevski will take the opportunity to present his counterparts fresh information about Macedonia's progress in reforms and the process of integration into the European Union, including the visa liberalization process.
