BULGARIA DENIES REGISTRATION OF OMO ILINDEN PIRIN AGAIN
Diaspora.
Sofia's city court again has denied OMO Ilinden Pirin's request to enter into the register of Bulgarian political parties.
They said the principle arguments for the rejection include lack of quorum and detection of repeating signatures by the same persons in the list containing 530 signatures necessary for lodging the registration application.
Also the list of the initiating board members was inaccurate, full personall identification data was missing and and one of the application forms lacked an official seal.
OMO Ilinden Pirin is linking this decision with the running counter to the Strasbourg Court's decision, which came up with two rulings in favor of the organization of Macedonians in Bulgaria.
MD: It's still very bad for the Macedonians in Bulgaria, also in september the Bulgarian municipal councillor, Veselin Danov said that "all Macedonians should
be shot dead when walking the streets" when he was referring to OMO Ilinden PIRIN. And this country is joining the EU in January?
