CROATIA IN LOVE WITH MACEDONIAN MUSIC

Croats go wild for Macedonian music. According to Croatian media, “Leb i Sol” is considered the best ex-Yugoslav band. Croatian journalists of the national TV say that Macedonia should be especially proud of the band, ”which is a global music product”.
A proof of the “Leb i Sol” popularity is Croatian band “Cuvari Svirala”, which has recently made an adaptation of song “Cuvam noc od budnih”, as well as the adaptation of “Kao Kakao” by Dziboni.
According to Croatian newspapers and TV media, the country’s public is thrilled by “Superhiks”, which always fill clubs, “Mizar” is a band with a cult status, “Kocani Orchestra” is the leader of the rich ethno-stage, while pop-star Tose Proeski is hugely exploited in the media.
