DAYS OF MACEDONIAN CULTURE IN BARI, ITALIA

An exhibition of 40 works by Macedonian four modern painters: Sergej Andreevski, Argjent Karvi, Aleksandar Ivanovski-Karadare and Nevzet Bejtuli-Kica was opened at the grand Historical Centre of the Italian City of Bari yesterday. The show is marking the start of presentation of the Macedonian culture in Italy, i.e. in the region of Puglia within the Days of Macedonian Culture organized by the Macedonian Ministry of Culture and the regional Ministry for the Mediterranean, for the region of Puglia. The event runs through 24th April.
Macedonian Minister of Culture Arifhikmet Xhemali and his host, Minister Sylvia Godelli will discuss this afternoon intensification of cultural cooperation.
Macedonian cultural presentation in Bari also includes two concerts of Synthesis on Friday and Sunday; and performance of opera singer Vesna Ginovska-Ilkova.
