The Macedonian national football team lost to Israel in the last game of this Euro 2008 qualification.
The game wasn't of real significance for both of the teams, since they had no chances for qualifying anymore. But Israel needed these points for the drawing for the World Cup 2010 Qualifications in South Africa which will be held on sunday. Macedonia did have a chance to get some points and go into pot 3 for the drawing but will now most likely stay in pot 4 which is good too, because if it wasn't for the win against Croatia they would probably end up in pot 5.
MD: Well, that was it, again no qualifying for us. The qualifications went as expected for Macedonia however we did not expected Israel to be placed in front of us in the poule.

I was there on the stadium on the worst weather ever in Israel. The game was horrible, but the food served was awesome :o)
