National.
Exploring the possibilities for investments in the agriculture sector in Macedonia was in the focus of today's meeting between the Macedonian Deputy Prime Minister Zivko Jankulovski and Israeli businessmen.
The representatives of the Agresco company, one of the world leaders in exporting agricultural products, showed interest for purchase and distribution of Macedonian produces.
"We presented our agro-food sector to the Israeli businessmen as well as the great potential for production of organic food," Jankulovski said.
Amira Arnon, the non-resident Israeli Ambassador to Macedonia, Albania and BiH, said that although the Macedonia-Israel economic relations were good, the trade exchange was not very well developed.
MD: The Israeli delegation will meet with Prime Minister Gruevski tomorrow as well as with the Ministers of Economy and Agriculture.
