3G LICENSE TO T-MOBILE MK

The Agency for Electronic Communications (AEK) decided to issue to T-Mobile an operating license on providing third generation mobile communications services (3G).
An announcement released Monday says that the decision was made after completion of the public bidding procedure at which T-Mobile was the only company that submitted a valid offer.
The deadline for payment of the offered sum of 10,000,100 euros is 19 December, 2008.
Upon receiving of the payment, AEK is bind to issue the approval for using of radiofrequencies for public mobile communication networks and third generation services (3G) until 22 December, 2008.
AEK said they would make public the details on the best bid on their website.
