ANCIENT FEMALE STATUE REVEALED AT SITE STIBERA

A farmer of Prilep village Cepigovo found a natural size female statue dating from the 2nd century A.D. while plowing his land. The marble monument does not have a head and weighs about 500kg, located within archeological site Stibera.
This is the fourth statue of a woman that has been found, along with 23 other sculptures. Site Stibera is rich with archaeological findings of marble stone.
MD: Wow, this is a great find, Macedonia is so rich in archeological findings, it´s one of the few countries left in which so little is discovered yet.
