DELEGATION AT SANDANSKI'S TOMB

A delegation of the Macedonian Foreign Ministry kicked off a two-day visit to Bulgaria on Tuesday, says an official announcement. Macedonian Deputy Foreign Minister, Zoran Petrov is leading the Macedonian delegation. He is due to be joined by his Bulgarian counterpart Ljubomir Kjuchukov in laying flowers at the tomb of Jane Sandanski at the Rozhen monastery near Melnik.
According to the announcements, Petrov and Kjuchukov will also pay respect to the tombs of the prominent Macedonian historic figures Krste Petkov Misirkov and Gjorche Petrov, located in Sofia.
Deputy Minister Petrov's agenda includes also talks in the Bulgarian Parliament and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focusing on the cooperation between the countries, stepping up of the mutual relations as well as on the current region's issues.
