Good news for the Macedonians in France and Holland, as of 12 June Macedonian airways MAT, will start flying two times a week from Skopje to Paris and once a week from Ohrid to Amsterdam.

Commercial director of the company, Nikolas Kimerle anounced MAT will fly on de Gaulle airport on Tuesday and friday afternoon. The direct flight from Ohrid to Amsterdam is on Tuesday morning.

This is the first regular flight line between France and Macedonia since the indepence of our country. The line Skopje - Amsterdam was usually active in the summer months but Dutch tourism operators urged for flights from Ohrid.

MD: That´s great news for the diaspora and of course foreign tourists!
