The Democratic Party of Albanians, DPA, the key Albanian partner in the ruling centre-right coalition lead by VMRO-DPMNE, said Monday it is reconsidering whether to stay in government. “The DPA's leading bodies are to decide in a matter of days”, the party said through its website.
The party said the move comes after Prime Minister and VMRO-DPMNE head Nikola Gruevski previously rejected a list of demands the DPA chief Menduh Taci, had given Gruevski on Monday. They have given Gruevski two days to change his mind.
The government spokesman Ivica Bocevski told media Monday, that he has “no information” of such claims.
Taci, allegedly demanded guarantees from Gruevski for the quick completion of six key issues, including the immediate closure of cases against former ethnic Albanian guerrillas that fought Macedonian security forces during a short conflict in 2001. The DPA also insisted on state pensions for former ethnic Albanian guerrillas, on making Albanian an official language across the country and on the wider integration of ethnic Albanians into public office.
In addition, DPA allegedly wanted further concessions on the use of the Albanian flag in municipalities where they form a large proportion of the population and urged swift recognition of neighbouring Kosovo's independence.

No body in the whole world have any doubt that Macedonia is Greek historically and allways will be! The fact that they tolerate the Actual name of Vardaska is because of other interests and possible destabilization of the area as half of the citizens are Albanians and the rest are divided to Greeks, Slavs, Gypsies,Turks and Bulgarians! Get some fresh air and read Real History!

The only economical and political support to the republic of Skopia is Greece. The only friends that the citizens of Vardaska Banovina could have are the Greeks and they dosen't realise it! The 1st investor and provider of economical and political stability in the newest Worldwild State of Vardaska is Greece! So who are you fighting to?
