9 RICHTER EARTHQUAKE HITS MACEDONIA

An earthquake measuring 5 degrees on the Richer scale rocked Macedonia today at 13:04 hrs.
The tremor was centered in the country's northwest, near Gostivar, European-Mediterranean Seismology Center (EMSC) said. The Center claims the quake's epicenter was two kilometers south of Vrapciste.
EMSC also said the quake's epicenter was two kilometers under the ground.
According to U.S. National Earthquake Information Center (NEIC), the quake was with a magnitude 4.9 on the Richter, and it happened 60 kilometers off Skopje.
The tremor was felt in Skopje, Tetovo and Debar, Makfax correspondents said.
MD: There is no info on possible damage yet, but people said that they felt the quake with a huge intensity and much left high buildings in and surrounding Tetovo immediatelly.
