PAPADOPOULOU LEFT CONFERENCE
Alexandra Papadopoulou, the Head of Greek liasion office in Macedonia, left a regional conference Friday in Skopje, enraged by the use of the name of the Republic of Macedonia.
Macedonian Culture Minister Elizabeta Kamceska Mileska said that she was surprised by the
reaction of Papadopoule, adding that Greece wanted to prohibit Macedonia to call itself as it wants.
Papadopoulou claims that prior to the conference attended by the culture ministers, an agreement was reached for using state flags and names of the participant and the name of the countries.
