HOTEL EUROPE PROMOTED IN LONDON

Culture.

The book "Hotel Europe" by Goran Stefanovski was promoted in the Macedonian Embassy in London late Thursday.
The book focuses on the life of immigrants and their dream to escape from their native places in order to find their luck in the rich and developed part of Europe.
According to author Stefanovski, "Hotel Europe" is a script for a play, ordered by a Swiss production house, but also a pattern for a collective creation, which leads the public on a journey of different theatre and dramatic structures.

The idea was to show a "second-class" Europe, but it happened that largest part of it has now joined the other Europe through the EU accession, says Stefanovski.
The first version of performance "Hotel Europe" was played at the Vienna Festival Week in Austria in 2000, followed by its presentation in five other cities, but it hasn't still been shown in Macedonia.

The promotion, organized by the Macedonian Embassy and London cultural community "Most" was attended by Minister of Education and Science Sulejman Rusiti and diplomatic corps representatives.

MD: Great for Goran Stefanovski!
