PUBLIC PROSECUTORS ACCEPT CHARGES AGAINST BUCKOVSKI

The Public Prosecutors Office on Friday accepted the criminal indictment against the former prime minister Vlado Buckovski in the case of spare parts for Bulgarian tanks.
As reported by electronic media, a charge has been made against all five involved in the case, for two counts.
In the first count, the indicted are charged for acquisition of the spare parts, and in the second count, for transferring the money to the account of "MZT-FOP".
Vlado Buckovski, after the decision of the Public Prosecutors Office, said that a political persecution was organized against him.
The publication of the charges allows a court trial to be started against Buckovski and the other four indicted, general Stamboliski, administrators in the Defense Ministry - Menkinovski and Gjurceski, and the director of "MZT-FOP" - Petkovski.
