SPARTACUS BALLET OPENS OHRID SUMMER FESTIVAL

The Spartacus ballet spectacle of the National Ballet and Theatre of Ukraine "Taras Shevchenco" opened the 47th Ohrid Summer Festival on Thursday evening at the Antique Theatre.
"This show has been performed by the Kiev Ballet over the past 30 years with a great success, said Eleonora Steblak - a ballet maestro at the National Ballet and Opera of Ukraine.
The festival was announced open by Macedonian President Branko Crvenkovski, as the event was being held under his auspices.
MD: This year's Ohrid Summer Festival will feature 36 music and 14 drama shows.
