"TRIPLE FORMULA"
National.
UN mediator Matthew Nimetz is putting together a new proposal on the name, which is likely to be presented to Macedonia and Greece before the NATO Summit in Bucharest, Skopje's electronic media reported late Monday.
According to the same sources, the draft-document bears the working title "Triple Formula".
The proposal envisages use of the constitutional name in the country itself and in bilateral communication with the states that have recognized Macedonia under its name, then use of a different name in communication with Greece, which would be acceptable to Athens, and a third name the country would be referred to in the international establishments like UN, NATO, EU and OSCE.
The media cited Skopje diplomatic sources as saying that similar suggestions have been coming from representatives of several influential NATO member-countries.
MD: How much more proposals to come? It's just no, no and no! A country should not change it's name.
