CHARGES AGAINST SWEDMILK

Macedonian Financial Police, the Ministry of the Interior and Public Revenue Office have filed criminal charges against the first owners of dairy producer Swedmilk - Roger Oscarson, Ala al Kafagi and Josif Sarzoski.
The criminal charges were filed for suspected criminal activities of causing bankruptcy by fraudulent operation and forgery and destroying of ledgers.
All three persons made an agreement on the construction of a production plant, knowing that they did not have sufficient funds for construction, equipment and start of production. The Financial Police say that the three took out excessive loans, and thus blocked the regular operation of the company.
