The Macedonian Foreign Minister, Antonio Milososki participated Sunday in a meeting of the Adriatic Charter Partnership Commission with his Albanian and Croatian counterparts, Besnik Mustafaj and Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic, as well as the Assistant US Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, Daniel Fried.
At the meeting, Fried referred to the NATO Summit in Riga, the Alliance's transformation, global partnership and the enlargement process. The Riga Summit conclusion on three candidate countries for NATO membership - Macedonia, Albania and Croatia - was a result of the countries' achievements thus far, Fried said, adding that further reforms are necessary for membership in 2008.
