16TH INTERFEST BEGINS IN BITOLA

The 16th edition of festival of classical music “Interfest” was formally opened in the hall of Bitola Museum and Gallery on Tuesday evening.
The formal opening will be dedicated to the 30th jubilee of duo Ribarski, comprised of Milica Sperovic-Ribarski on piano and trombonist Kiril Ribarski, who is the festival director.
Interfest includes performances by renowned reproductive artists from Macedonia and abroad. Master classes and other accompanying events are to be chaired by Italian clarinetist Fabio Furia, workshop trio Atos from Germany, while Daniela Ilic from Serbia will hold a lecture.
Today's program includes the performance of French violinist Pierre Homage, who will play “Bach’s Evening”.
The festival is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture.
