MACEDONIA LAUNCHES NEW ID CARD SYSTEM

New identity cards and driver licenses were issued to the citizens of Macedonia as of Monday.
The price of new ID form is set at 190 denars, and the price of new driver licenses is put at 280 denars. Photos will be made in the course of application procedure.
Skopje residents can dial 0800 192 92 to get information or schedule a date of application for new ID or driver license.
The residents of other cities and populated areas can also dial the same number but for information only.
MD: The current ID's will be valid in the next three years, while the current driver licenses will be valid in the next five years.
