The Speaker of the Macedonian Parliament Ljubisha Georgievski was involved in a car accident that occurred in Bulgaria Thursday afternoon, but luckily he sustained no injuries.
Macedonian Police's sources gave an unofficial information to Makfax that the road accident took place at Pernik-Sofia road. The preliminary information suggest that Georgievski sustained no injuries, although he is undergoing additional medical exams at the moment.
The incident occurred when an unidentified vehicle crossed the path of the motorcade of official vehicles and crashed into the Mercedes with Georgievski on board. A chain collision followed the initial crash.
Georgievski's vehicle was substantially damaged in the crash.
Deputy Parliament Speaker Besim Dogani announced the information about the incident, revealing no details.
