MANCHEVSKI'S "SHADOWS" SOLD TO GREECE

Culture.

"Seven Group" - the largest media company in Greece - has bought "Shadows" - work of art of Macedonian eminent director Milco Mancevski, world's distributor Bavaria Film International announced.

"Shadows" arrives in Greece amid fierce anti-Macedonia campaign for changing of the country's constitutional name and threats for vetoing its accession to NATO.

It is slightly strange that Greece has bought "Shadows", which captures the exodus of Macedonians from Aegean Macedonia, representatives of Senka Film say.

At the Festival in Berlin, "Shadows" was also sold to Russia and Mexico.

The movie's festival tour resumes next weekend. It will be presented at Belgrade FEST, in Sofia, Istanbul, Guadalahara, Copenhagen, Singapore and Brussels.

MD: Yeah, that's really strange, maybe they do it to highlight it as "Slav propaganda"? Anyway, the movie is great, a must see!

Greece has no anti''Macedonian'' campain, and this is cause Greece is Macedonia!
Greece has an anti-falsification and usurpation campain!
You have really a Problem!
Study more!

"Macedonians" grow up, will you?

You have no historical/cultural/geographical right to the name more than Greece has. Putting it your constitution doesn't change that.

A composite name, "Upper" or "New" Macedonia, is the best Greece can give you and you should finally accept that.

Greece bought "Shadows" because she doesn't share your nationalistic syndromes.
However it is also proper to speak about the Greek Macedonians living in your country in Monastirion and elsewhere.

Wake up, you speculate too much and read too little! Greek media covered many issues. There was no propaganda against Greek provinces, be they Thessalia, Macedonia, Peloponnese, etc. Some media expressed the position of the "FYROM" government; but most were concerned about foreign investments, sex scandals, Cyprus elections and Kosova.
