HUGE FIRES AT KAIMAKCALAN

National.

A huge wildfire broke out at Kajmakcalan peak, Nidje Mountain, around five kilometers off Macedonian-Greek border, scorching around 60 hectares of pine forest.

Crises Management Center said the firefighters put the blaze under control. The fire broke out at the hamlet of Zejkova Tumba, near the abandoned watchtower Sokol.

Greece's firefighting service offered assistance to Macedonian firefighters while battling the blaze.
