CONTACT IN PALM SPRINGS

Macedonian film “Contact” is currently taking part at one of the biggest festivals in North America, Palm Springs International Film Festival, where it had two projections on January 5 and 8.
This is a festival with a large influence on the campaign for the upcoming “Oscars” and a special program titled “Awards Buzz” dedicated to the promotion of this year’s candidates for category “Best Foreign Film” at US soil. Another Macedonian film “The Great Water” was presented in Palm Springs several years ago, while “Contact” is the country’s candidate for “Oscar” nomination.
