MACEDONIA AT JUNIOR EUROVISION SONGCONTEST

Last weekend the Junior Eurovision Songcontest was held in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Out of 17 contestants, Alexey Zhigalkovich from Belarus managed to win with the song S Druzyami (With Friends).
Macedonia ended on the 5th place, represented by Rosica and Dimitar with the song; "Ding Ding Dong". They are both from the town of Negotino, 12 years old and are in the sixth grade of school. Inspired by the Year of Ecology-campaign, he and Rosica have recorded a CD and a video spot named The Earth is crying. Rosica also participated in the Super Star competition three times.
It was a great show, with great guest artists, like Katie Melua and wonderful performances of all the 17 contestants. This festivall is almost as good as the normal Eurovision songcontest.
