MACEDONIA HAS TO PUT ARGUMENTS FORWARD BY JULY

The International Court of Justice based in The Hague adopted a Decision - dated 20 January, 2009 - on the dynamics of submission of written statements in the case "Republic of Macedonia against the Republic of Greece."
Pursuant to the Decision published today, the Court prescribed for the Republic of Macedonia to lodge a written Memorandum by 20 July, 2009 and for Greece to submit the written response by 20 January, 2010.
The Court made the Decision on the basis of the stances of the two parties presented at a meeting with the Court's President, held on 19 January, 2009.
