The United Macedonian Diaspora (UMD) is organizing the first global Macedonian conference in the city of Washington, USA from June 11 to 13 of 2009.
Macedonians and friends of Macedonia from throughout the world will come together for three days full of advocacy, discussions, education, fun and networking. UMD has made a full agenda with events such as; meetings with members of congress, ambassador's reception, lunch with Macedonian government official, art exhibition, dance, gala ball, workshops, auction, boat cruise and much more! Children are also welcome, since there are activities especially for the little ones.
