21,575 STUDENTS ENROLL HIGH SCHOOLS

The Ministry of Education announced today that a total of 21,575 graduated eight-graders enrolled in the high-schools in Macedonia in the first enrolment term.
A total of 16.139 students enrolled for Macedonian-language classes, 5,035 will study in Albanian and 261 in Turkish language. No students applied for Serbian-language classes.
8,069 out of the total 21,575 will study in gymnasiums and the remaining 13,506 opted for vocational schools.
The second enrolment term for filling the 15,173 vacant places will be conducted on 19 August, and the results will be made public the next day.
