Not long ago Macedonia and Bulgaria brought up the railway construction issue, which, according to the EU, needs half a billion of euros.
MD: The construction of the railway to Bulgaria started in the 1990s, but it was ceased in 2001. Because of that, the already built sections need to be repaired, and the EU will grant resources for this purpose, the newspaper notes.
