The statements of Ljubco Georgievski where he proposes sharing Macedonia are a crime according to the Criminal Code, lawyers say cited by Macedonian newspaper Vreme. According to them he is held responsible by Article 318 – appealing for violent breaking of the constitutional order, which may sue one for 5 weeks to 3 months.
He may be also prosecuted by Article 307 – threatening the territorial entirety, which rules a sentence of at least 5 years. The former Macedonian PM may be also sued by Article 305 – treachery, for which one may get from 5 to 15 years imprisonment in the least.
