BULGARIAN DIPLOMA'S MOST FALSIFIED IN MACEDONIA

Macedonian citizens falsify most often diploma's for graduated education in Bulgaria, the Macedonian Education Ministry's data shows. Second in number of falsified diplomas comes Albania, followed by Serbia.
For the last 5 years, since 2002, after a procedure for ‘nostrification' (acceptance of foreign university degrees as equal with native), 122 forged documents have been found.
66 of them are from Bulgarian Universities, 54 - Albanian and 2 from Serbia.
To the moment the Macedonian Ministry hasn't caught forged diplomas from Macedonian Universities, but they are passed without a nostrification procedure.
It is possible there would be other falsified diplomas too, due to the fact that not all of them are presented for nostrification.
MD: This really has to be changed, it's possible to buy a diploma on the corner of the street!
