CRVENKOVSKI GIVES GRUEVSKI MANDATE TO FORM GOVERNMENT

President Branko Crvenkovski Monday gives the mandate for Government's composition to Nikola Gruevski, VMRO-DPMNE President, based on results from early parliamentary elections.
- Now I have 20 days for composition of new Government and for consultations with political parties. Afterwards, I should submit the draft-programme to the Parliament and Government to be elected according to constitutional deadlines, Gruevski said.
After the meeting he pointed out that the new Government will have a lot of work, fulfilment of many projects, much energy and more successes.
On journalist question whether he will use the final deadline for Government's composition Gruevski said that it cannot be foreseen because today he will start the consultations and talks with the political parties.
However, I would like it to end a day earlier, Gruevski said.
PM Nikola Gruevski Monday afternoon held separate meetings with DPA and DUI leaders, Menduh Thaci and Ali Ahmeti.
